Service 03 · B2B Website

A website that works while your sales team sleeps. Qualified inquiries arrive on their own.

A B2B website is not a brochure. It has one job: turn an anonymous visitor into an inquiry your sales team is glad to answer. I build an inquiry path that respects the visitor’s time — a 3-field form, a catalog with no login, WhatsApp in one click. All of it runs on a server I watch 24/7: daily backups that are tested, real-time monitoring, and zero downtime for 18+ months.

The Problem

The website is online. But nothing happens.

There is traffic. Visitors arrive, scroll, and leave. You do not know who they are, what they were looking for, where they stopped, or why they did not get in touch. The contact form sits in the footer — 5 fields, and nobody fills it in. No WhatsApp. Product pages need a login. On mobile, the page takes 6 seconds to load. This is not a website. It is a monthly cost with no result.

  • No clear path from visitor to inquiry

Visitors do not know the next step, so they do nothing.

  • Contact is just a button in the footer

Phone and email are passive. A buyer needs an active way to start a conversation — now.

  • Forms that kill conversion

5+ fields, a captcha, and no explanation of why they should fill it in. Abandonment above 80%.

  • Slow and unmaintained

Mobile pages take more than 5 seconds. Nobody updates the content after launch. Google deranks the site, buyers leave.

The Front End

What visitors see — and what makes them get in touch.

Every element below is designed for one purpose: to move a visitor from "I am looking for something" to "this is worth talking to sales about".

  • A 3-field RFQ form

Company + Product + Requirement. Enough for sales to know exactly what to reply with. Takes under 30 seconds to fill in.

  • An open product catalog (no login)

Google can crawl it. Buyers can compare specs side by side. Sales does not have to send PDFs by hand.

  • A WhatsApp button on every product page

A buyer asks about specs on WhatsApp in one click. Sales replies from a phone. The conversation starts.

  • Speed that is measured and monitored

Core Web Vitals: LCP <2.5s, CLS <0.1, INP <200ms. Measured on real users, not in a lab. You get an alert if it slips.

Infrastructure

The website stays online when the big deal lands. Guaranteed.

I do not "set it up and walk away". I manage this server every day. Daily backups tested for restore every quarter. 24/7 monitoring with alerts straight to my phone. SSL renewed automatically. Dependency updates on a schedule. Zero downtime for 18+ months in production.

  • A fully managed server

Provisioning, hardening, monitoring, and updates — all mine. You never have to log in over SSH.

  • Daily backups + a restore test every quarter

Backups are cheap. Restores are what cost you. I test the restore every quarter. RTO <4 hours, RPO <24 hours.

  • Real-time alerts to my phone

A CPU spike, a full disk, an SSL certificate about to expire, a 5xx error — I know before the client reports it. Average response under 15 minutes during working hours.

  • SSL and production-ready configuration

HSTS, CSP, security headers, rate limiting, bot protection — in place from day one, not patched in later.

After Launch

Still useful 12 months later? This part decides it.

90% of agency websites are "done" on launch day. But launch is day one, not the last day. I stay with you.

  • Scheduled updates, not reactive ones

Dependencies, PHP/Node versions, SSL, and OS patches — every month, on a schedule, tested in staging first.

  • Monitoring you can act on

Not just a check for "is the site up". A check for: did the form submit? Does the WhatsApp button work? Does the product page load? Are inquiries coming in?

  • The measurements that matter

Qualified inquiries per month (not traffic). Form completion rate. Drop-off point per field. Time to first response.

  • Optimisation based on data

Last month the drop-off was in the "Budget" field? We remove that field. Conversion goes up 15%. That is what I do every month.

The Outcome

What changes 6 months after the new website goes live.

  • Qualified inquiries 3x higher

A 3-field form + a WhatsApp button = sales gets complete information, not "I would like to ask about pricing".

  • Full visibility into the funnel

    You know: 100 visitors → 12 fill in the form → 8 click WhatsApp → 5 become deals. Before: 100 → 0 visible.

  • No internal IT burden

Server, security, backups, updates, monitoring — all mine. Your PIC only has to approve content.

  • An asset that gains value, not a cost that runs out

A website that is maintained and optimised every month becomes more valuable. One that is left alone turns into technical debt.

FAQ

Questions to settle before you decide.

Does this include design?

Yes. But design here means: hierarchy that gets the form filled in, a WhatsApp button that gets clicked, and a catalog that gets compared. Not "looks great on Dribbble". I do not hire a UI designer. I design for conversion.

How long does it take?

It depends on the number of product pages, the complexity of the ERP integration, and whether data has to be migrated. The Initial Audit (free) gives you a timeline with numbers: for example, "8 weeks for 50 product pages + ERP sync". Not "around 2 months".

Can I edit the content myself?

Yes. A simple CMS: add products, change specs, upload images, edit text — all without coding. I set it up, you use it. A 30-minute training session over Zoom is included.

We already have an old website. Does it have to be rebuilt from scratch?

Not always. The Initial Audit will check: can the URL structure still be used? Can the CMS be extended? Does the content need rewriting? Sometimes all it needs is: fix the form, add WhatsApp, fix the speed, and reorganise the catalog. You pay for what is necessary.

Who manages the server?

I do. You do not have to choose a VPS, configure nginx, or set up monitoring. I handle all of it from start to finish. You pay a monthly fee that already covers everything.

What if I want to move to my own hosting later?

Any time. I give you full server access, infrastructure documentation, the latest backup, and an operations guide. I will even help with the migration to whichever provider you choose. No vendor lock-in — that is my principle.

I audit your website today — free.

Send the URL. I check speed, forms, catalog, mobile experience, and server headers. Within 24 hours you receive: the 3 things losing you the most inquiries + an estimate for fixing them. No pitch. Just numbers.
